This is the worst experience I've had in my life with a garage. I've been to over 20 garages and this is the WORST. They literally BROKE MY CAR and denied it. They TOWED MY CAR BACKWARDS!!!! This blows the transmission and causes serious issue. I can't believe they did this. Of course they have DENIED breaking my car, so I have to take legal action... Also, they LEFT MY INTERIOR LIGHT ON, and it killed my battery, which I now have to replace. ( I replaced my battery 2 months ago, brand new! )... Oh ya, in order for them to tow my car, they removed this little "plastic thing" near the gear shift. They didn't replace it and now there is a "hole" next to my gear shift. RIDICULOUS GARBAGE COMPANY. I know I am not the only person this garage has hurt and then just turn the other cheek... THIS COMPANY REALLY IS CONSISTED OF CROOKS. PURE CROOKS. STAY AWAY. I will be taking them to court. Even if I lose in court, I hope this review helps someone else.

CAR was illegally towed from the street across from petco. A representative signed a work order to remove my vehicle not located on their property. Vehicle was towed 11 miles away to this company. The car was there for under an hour and charged $235. The vehicle was damaged and the did not accept any credit or debit card. Machine has been broken for months. There is no public telephone and signs posted in the city say different expenses for towing. After I argued with the rude and awful Manger at the window they went to my car and ripped my registration. Threatened to fight me and had non employees come to bully us into leaving. I ended up calling the police so I could have my vehicle realized that night. They manager ended up urinated in on the front passenger seat and on a jacket my friend had. Never in my life have I ever experineced something so awful. I was there from 10:45pm until 1:45am. Please don't use them unless you like the smell of pee.
