As a retired owner of a 78 year old house in Ballard I was having my sewer back up. Not pleasant! After getting bids from 9 well known sewer companies with conflicting and ridiculously expensive advice I was referred to Metropolitan Sewer. Thank goodness is all I can say. Joey did a great job of helping me make the right decision. They repaired my sewer line for an excellant price, were honest, professional, hardworking, fast, prompt, neat and very knowledgeable. I can not say enough good things about the job they did for me. I will never call another sewer company again and I am so relieved. Metropolitan has completed two jobs for me. Neither was easy or glamarous. Though, the guys doing the work were on time, professional, clean and hard working. There was minimal interuption to our normal lives, and the site was left as it was before they arrived. Of the companies we've had working on our home Metropolitan has been the most impressive. Joey in the office even handled a job while we were on vacation. She is trustworthy and friendly. Refreshing.

The bid was clear and promptly delivered. When the project could be completed without the removal of concrete, they automatically deducted that portion from the final invoice. This, of course, we appreciated.



Then, two days before the sale of our property was to close, our realtor discovered something the buyers had asked for that we had not originally requested. Naturally, we panicked. To lose the sale of a house over such a small thing?!



Metropolitan came through for us again! They sent someone out that very day, and our house closed without a hitch. We will certainly use them again and recommend them to all our friends.
