I called over a week in advance to reserve was told I could pick up the truck on Saturday between 8-9 - that conversation the girl was friendly and informative. I called the day before pick up and was told a message was left on my cellphone and I had 20 minutes before close to do paper work and get keys for now they were not going to be open on Saturday for pick up - When I said I did not receive the message I checked my phone log and messages and I was never called she basically said to call another trucking company if I couldn't get there. I feel they were over priced, unorganized and rude. The only good thing was the truck
