If there was such a thing as Zero stars, that what I would be rating this towing company. Lets just say that I called my insurance company exactly 3:50 hours ago and have been at the shop my car was supposed to be coming to and the driver is yet to arrive with my car. Ive been sitting at the shop for well over an hour and the story I got when I called the dispatcher was that the Guy was catching up on paperwork for his previous jobs, so he was still 30-35 minutes away!!!! Seriously? I now have No-Car and have to leave the car here overnight. That is, if my car ever shows up! I would absolutely recommend that you call any other towing company in Miami thats NOT this one!!! Update: Dispatcher was lying the entire time by telling me it was the drivers fault when they ended up sending him off to do yet another pick-up and drop off all the while my car was on their flat bead touring West Miami and Kendall. The driver got to the shop 5 minutes prior to it closing bringing this saga to end after a Whopping 4 hours and 17 minutes from the initial call. These people are nothing but a bunch of dis-considerate you know whats that care Zero about the customer. I would highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this company and would be highly Suspicious of any 5 Star reviews this company can have. They are likely from family members or employees. Theres not a shot in the world that they can go from the Horrific Experience I had today to 5 Stars. NOT A CHANCE! BTW, theres also and association with AAA Towing, so would suggest staying clear of them as well.

If you're in need of service, Do Not Call These People.. They Lack Staff and the wait time will be over 2 hours... Unexceptable.

Eli and Jesse are great. They assisted us with an issue with my vehicle when my son was stranded. It's great to know that excellent customer service still exists. Give this company a call if you have an issue and I hope that you get one or both of these guys on the call.

They get NO star!!!! Was waiting for 3 hours for Mia towing and recovery and they never showed! I'm so discussed with there lack of consideration.
