Mike Thomas has lived and worked Lake Wateree for over 4 decades. His family moved on Westshore Drive when he was five years old. Mike cut grass, fished, and gardened until his Dad and Mom bought the Longtown Store when he was 14. Mike continued on to High School - then Tech School. At the age of eighteen, with his parents help, they started The Windmill Restaurant. This was a very hard but rewarding business, and this is where Mike met his wife and partner Vicki. After spending a total of 22 years on this Corner, Mike thought is was time to move on to something different. He tried several other ventures, and even took his first job working for someone else. Mike then started looking into real estate, where he has found his true calling.
