DO NOT use this contractor. If I could give zero stars I would. The epoxy stone started peeling off the steps after the first winter. There are now, after a couple of years chuncks missing from the deck. I have tried many times to work with the owner to have it fixed and his solution was to finally mail me a "do it yourself" kit which absolutely didn't work. We paid this guy over $3,000 for a really crappy job. If you are thinking about using him...RUN to someone else.
