We'd used this service for about 2 1/2 yrs. The last year the time the crew was to arrive has been a huge issue. They'd be as much as 1 hour early - 2 hours late showing up from the scheduled time. For the last year we've struggled with the office about the time problems. It got better for a few months, then slipped off again. Finally with the late show. They actually showed up when they should have been leaving. I spoke with someone at the office and asked for the owner to call me. When I didn't receive a call by the end of the business day, I left a message. He phoned the next day at believe it or not 4:30 p.m. So basically the end of the day. You would think if you had an unhappy customer, you'd call first thing. He tried to defend and argue with me about the problems. I told him they were fired, he just say Ok and hung up. Never during the conversation was an apology given or a interest in improving his service. I know of at least one other couple who've had the same problems and fired them, as well, within the last couple of months. I know this for sure because it's my in-laws. The crew did a pretty good job, the office and scheduling was a mess and getting worse. I'd try someone else.
