I liked Mike. He came out and serviced our new washer and that went well. So I called him again to take a look at our refrigerator as the ice machine had stopped working. Mike ordered a part and replaced it ($225 charge for labor and materials) and the ice maker still doesn't work. We called several times and no response other than we don't know why and I can't do anything until Carol tells me, she's the boss, blah blah. After several unreturned calls to Carol (despite promises of calls back) I finally put a stop payment on the check and threatened to file a complaint. Moments later I get a call and Mike's coming back next week. I will update this review at that time.
