We spent around $150,000 on our landscaping with Mill Brothers. We liked their design and they did a good job on the operation, but now 9 months later, we cannot get them to respond to us. Our builder warned us about Mill Bros., we didn't listen, our bad.

Brandon Brake takes care of our neighborhood, and he has such a positive outlook on landscape. I look forward to seeing his crew arrive every week. I look for things wrong, just so I can call and get his opinion. But it is hard to find a problem, they do such a fantastic job. Thanks Mill Brothers

I see this company's trucks in our neighborhood quite a lot, so several weeks ago I decided to contact them re: a small job at our house.

I first called & left a message on their answering system then visited their webpage & sent an email; but we never heard back from them from either enquiry.

I suppose they could be very busy, but I can't make a positive comment about their company if they can't even bother to reply to a potential customer. Noncommunication on such a basic level leaves one to wonder how they'd communicate about the specifics of a particular job.

I see this northern Colorado company's trucks in my general neighborhood quite a lot, so I sent an enquiry re: an estimate for a small landscaping job at our home. I first left a message on their answering machine, then sent an email thru their webpage; but we never got a response to either. Perhaps our job is too small, but you'd expect a reply from any company that is well run. Doing so would have gotten them a positive review from me !

mills brothers were professional and showed up at time appointed. But they had to keep coming back to replant trees and fix pond, that never worked correctly. The most important thing in Colorado is putting down weed block###and is assumed they would know that. they did *not* put it down and we have a big mess here a year later.
