purchase aid 2 years ago. they have been the shop at least 4 times for repair.



had to return for fittings dozens of times and they never got them right.



have 8 yr old analog aids that work better than these digital BTE.



have purchased new aids that I can program myself---able to get them to work great--



their office staff is not familiar with the equipment they are trying to use. trying to adjust aids for a real life

environment in a very quiet office space us usless. They have audio projection devices but do not use them.
