If I could I wouldn't give any stars. Office person is rude. I paid in full for gas and a tank to be delivered and then started getting a bill for a little over 20 dollars. They couldn't explain what the bill was for. I was told several different answers. When they delivered the tank it didn't work, plus it looked really old and was rusted in spots. They came out and said it was my brand new furnace that was the problem. I then got a furnace repair person to check my furnace. He charged me 75 dollars to tell me there was nothing wrong with my service. They continued to send me a bill after what I paid for was paid in full. The office person then told her gas guy to come to my house and take the tank with my gas I already paid for in it. That was the greatest thing she did. MFA brought me out another tank, hooked it up, checked the lines and it ran perfect. Whatever you do, stay away from this company. Do not do business with them. Call MFA propane. You will not be disappointed in them.

Do not sign a contract with these people. What they tell you and what they give you are two different things. I will never do business with these people again, they incompetent and devious.
