The previous review was from moodys and not on point auto service, ive had great experiences with on point and am nothing but happy.

Moody's has screwed me over twice. The first time, my starter went out. No prob, took it to them and fixed. But then my car battery went dead. Turns out, the battery in there was so crorded and in bad shape, its lucky something worse didn't happen to me. Not moodys fault, BUT they took my battery out when they fixed my starter. A normal business would have told you. The second time, i needed new spark plugs. NO prob, i thought i would give them another chance. They fixed it, charged me a not too bad price. and done. now, three days later, its back to working horrible again. so now, i am going to a REAL repairman, rather pay again then let them anywhere near my car.
