We had sold lumber to Morgan for a few years and they always paid us slowly, lied to us and eventually stopped paying altogether. We had sent them collections. They have NEVER done what they said they would do, to this day. We were very disappointed with them and tried to work with them as much as possible. Be VERY careful doing business with them!!!

Bad Customer service

Selma store was supposed to order part for my Morgan spa, rep quoted me the wrong price by almost $50. This was end of June. I was also set up for an appt for repair for beginnig of July. Took a whole day of leave, spa tech never shower or called. I finally got in contact with him, told me he would call me back, never did. Maybe because nobody ever ordered my part. Part finally came in end of July and I was set up for another appt . My son waited the whole day and nobdoy showed up again. No call from tech till I emailed the store to complain. I asked manager of the Selma store how he would make this right; he said he would but still has not. My tub has been broken for six weeks now and nothing but lies and bad customer support from this company and their staff.

I would tell you to shop elsewhere....all my friends that have have had them say they are not price worthy.
