Alex is a friendly, likable fellow. He was cautious about wheeling his equipment in, and protecting the floors he crossed.I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was to clear or kitchen drain line. This drain line has given other plumbers problems getting the snake in to the 90 degree bends of the line, but Alex got it the first time.I would definately recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone based on my experience.

Leon did a fantastic job! He explained everything up front and did not charge me for the initial diagnosis. I would recommend him to anyone.

the experience with the pittsburgh mr rooter plumbing location was nothing short of a nightmare. paid over 20k to have the entire sewer line replaced and restored only to have it continue to back up again after work was completed. mr rooter's hydrojetting truck came out twice, but they couldn't clear it. i had to call the local sewage authority and they are the ones who completely solved the issue at no charge in less than 20 minutes. i paid mr rooter 20k for nothing. mr rooter destroyed a perfectly good sewer line for nothing. after being told about the visit from the sewage authority, mr rooter came out and wanted to sell another unnecessary product and service for 5k that they said would be the only way to solve the problem, but i told them to leave because i wasn't falling for anymore of their lies. they are not responsive to consumer complaints. i feel like i was a victim of a scam.

Roto-Rooter Service April12, 2012 I had main sewer line problems. I called roto-rooter and they came the next day. I was impressed with the professionalism of the plumber. He was courteous, and set up a plan to fix the problem. Everything he planned was detailed, including cost. The next day, the workers came at the time scheduled annd discussed with me what they were going to do. They were also courteous and pleasant to talk with. They fixed the sewer problem, and cleaned up the area before leaving. I was impressed with this crew. I would call them again if I need further help. I would recommend Roto-Rooter without a doubt.

prompt courteous efficient and affordable!!! Nobody wants to call a plumber at 11pm..Well, we had to. Our basement floor drains were overflowing, we have a game room and a bed down there so it could not wait. Nothing we tried was working. We made the call and our plumber Jamie P was there within an hour. He was very professional and efficient. He snaked out the drains and problem solved!! Best of all it was under $100. Job well done. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again ( I'm hoping we don't have to for a long long time) PLUS, the work comes with a 1 yr. guarantee

Just had my hot water tank leak the evening of July 3rd. Mr. Rooter came out within an hour and a half. Our tank needed replaced. I loved the one price deal! He came out with a new tank on July 4th - a holiday- and had it installed within 3 hours. Don was very professional and respected my home by using foot booties and cleaning up after the installation. I am very pleased and will call them again with any plumbing needs. I think they went above the call of duty- especially for a holiday!

We had a collasped sewage line. Mr Rooter's technicians were professional, prompt and very reasonable. They did everything they said they were going to do and more! Just had these guys out and all I can say is I am a fanatic about dirt on my carpets. The booties were wonderful and so was the doormat they made sure not to get any dirt in my home. I will definately call them back again.
