Mr. Plumber showed up the same day and on a Saturday! Price very very reasonable and job finished and all working fast! Another plumber a month earlier charged over $700 for this same job and this one was $200 !

After moving into our home and being there only one month our sewer line collapsed. Mr. Rooter was wonderful. They came out very quickly when we called. They brought a video camera and found the problem in the line immediately. They gave us the price to fix it upfront, so there were no surprises. The only drawback was waiting over the weekend for the work to be done, and that was due to waiting on the city to locate and mark the sewer lines. Even with the wait they went above and beyond. We were told if we had any problem over the weekend to call any time day or night, and a plumber would come out and make sure we had use of the facilities and water lines. Now that's what I call service!



I have to tell you what a relief it was to deal with such a courteous and professional staff. The ladies who answer the phones were efficient and friendly, and the plumbers were clean and proficient. These guys are not your average plumbers. The were all well groomed, in relatively good shape, and everyone of them wore a very clean and professional uniform. It was so different from any of my past experiences with plumbers. Mr. Rooter has won my business for life. I can never go back to using another plumber or plumbing service. The other guys will never measure up. Thank you Mr. Rooter. I'm in awe of how you made such a terrible situation turn into such a phenomenal experience for our family.

I call mr rooter out yester to fix a leak in my yard. The girl on the phone was nice and hey showed up promptly. They were able to fix my problem very quickly and get my water turned back on. The plumber sent was nice, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. It also set my mind at ease that he was willing to answer my questions without making me fill stupid. The price wasnt as bad as I expected. I will be using them again for sure.

I have used Mr Rooter twice now. The first time they were able to save me alot of money fixing my septic system. Another company said my only option was to install a new and very expensive system. Mr Rooter spent the time to fill me in on the workings of my system and offered me several options and price ranges. I was able to choose what service I wanted them to perform and spend within my budget. One month later and all is great.



Shortly after, I had Alvin from Mr Rooter out for my broken toilet. He gave the the option of rebuilding my toilet or replacing it. He wore shoe covers and put a mat at my front door! These people know customer service. I cant say enough about trusting the company in your home. A+++

They do what they say they are going to do and are the most professional plumbers I have ever done business with. They price the job before they start and there a no surprises at the end. I definately recommend them!
