My name is Larry King n my sewer was backing up. I called Mr. Rooter and in 20 minutes they showed up. Jack got out of his van n took over. He did tests to see where the problem was.This was at 4:30pm. After tests and a camera he knew where the problem was. He called to get some help because it was a big job n they said he was on his own. He dug a hole with a jack hammer n a shovel.This lasted a few hours. Jack told us that he needed bigger machinery to get to the cause of the problem. Jack was there 6 hours he also missed having dinner and spending time with his family. Jack insisted on staying because he has INTEGRITY? What a great young man. He stayed until 11:30pm.The next day he brought William.They were able to find a metal plug 3 hundred yards from the home that was the problem. They were able to fix the problem on a temp. basis as it was going to be a big job n time to fix. Steve you should be proud to have Jack working for you. He is an asset.
