They showed up on time, but, the tech appeared to be on something, not to mention he wasn't wearing any kind of identifying work clothes. I have it all on my Ring Doorbell Video. The owner Doug accused me of video taping his tech without his knowledge, but everyone knows, Ring Doorbell's are motion activated. To start, he blew snot into my bushes & was acting like he was in a big hurry, very sketchy. He got a phone call and it sounded like a friend wanted to know when he got off work. He "cleaned" my fireplace in 10 minutes...he vacuumed it. My fireplace hasn't been cleaned in at least 8 years. He didn't use any brushes & only vacuumed inside the fireplace, never cleaned the actual chimney. I asked him to go on the roof to make sure things looked good, he did, took 2 pictures down the chimney. The chimney is still dirty, he never cleaned it. 20 minutes from the time he walked in, to the time he drove off. I was charged $95. I contacted the owner on Monday, and I got the most RUDE text ever! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Doug Calloway told me I had "buyer's remorse" and told me "you can please some of the people some of the time, but not all of the time". Told me to "call another company because they love when customers are mad and will find LOTS of unnecessary expensive work". He told me he would refund 1/2 my money, but it's been over a month & I haven't received any refund. He's mad at me because I told him I had everything on video & told him that his tech should probably not do drugs before a job. This company is NOT "certified" to tell ANYONE if their fireplace is in good sound condition or not. They ONLY "clean". I was NOT happy with the service and the owner doesn't CARE! Yes, he's cheaper than other companies, but now I understand WHY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! Pay the higher price and get someone QUALIFIED & CERTIFIED to do the job and someone that will actually CLEAN the fireplace/chimney.

So glad I called Mr. Sweeps! Came in, very professional, good to the dogs, and was a very nice guy. Cleaned the chimney and all the ashes out of the fireplace so now am confident that we can have a fire with no issues! Then he cleaned the dryer vent quickly and efficiently! GREAT JOB all around! Highly reccommend Doug for your chimney and dryer vent cleanings! Great job! :)

Mr Sweeps came out and clean my chimney he did a good job i would tell all of my friends and family.

I had Mr. Sweeps come in and do my air ducts, I had no clue they had that much build up in them. The dust in my has been cut way down. Thank you Mr. Sweeps.

Mr. Sweeps was prompt and did a great job cleaning and inspecting our fireplace and flue. He checked our chimney cap for proper sealing and let use know that it's condition was in good shape. I called Mr. Sweeps for an estimate on cleaning my chimney he had the best price in town. He came and did the job and told me I needed a new top, he gave me his price and I called around and got other prices again he had the best. He came and did the top. I will use Mr. Sweeps for all of my chimney and dry vent needs in the future he is TOP NOTCH!

I have used Mr. Sweeps for many years, he is always courtesy and professional. He never leaves my house in a mess and often times I get a discount when I call him. I will continue to use him in the years to come.

Mr Sweeps came out to my place today and cleaned my chimney and did a great job. not only did he clean it but he noticed that the chimney had been leaking and repaired that for us.....Mr Sweeps is very dependable and really explained what he had found and what needed to be done before doing any work..... New to the Fort Worth area and Mr. Callaway was the cheapest price i could find, he came on time and was in and out in about thirty mins. He kept the area around the fireplace very neat and clean. Cleaned up a mess he didnt make such as the ashes left in the fire place by previous owner. Very very friendly would defiantly recommend him to family, friends, and co-workers.
