These guys were horrible! Stay as far away from them as possible. We were quoted $300 to move our piano in Brookline by this crook named Joe. When they arrived over one hour late, there was no apology at all. When they were dropping the piano off they told me to pay $375. I had to prove the quote was $300 which was embarrassing, and when I did, this character joe says, $325 cash only will do. I told him, I am not paying more than what they quoted and he threatened to take my piano with him. I have read other similar experiences with this company who is actually from NH but claims they are from MA when you talk to them to get business here. I am also filing a Better Business Bureau claim against them.

I have to admit, I was very nervous to have picked the lowest priced mover, but my fears were never realized. Joe, the owner, was very personable on the phone, and the delivery team had three courteous guys who knew their stuff when it comes to moving pianos. They were very prompt at the pick up locations (we moved two pianos in one day), and did their best to be as careful as possible when moving the upright down a flight of stairs in a tight spot.
