HORRIBLE!!!!! The worst customer service ever! Do not order from here unless you want DEAD flowers! If I was able to put zero stars I would have, but not an option. I purchased flowers two weeks in advance for prom and went to pick them up the day of prom and the order was wrong. The ribbon was not the color I order and they were unwilling to accomdate me. I had to argue in order for them to correct my order. Worst customer service ever, would not recommend!
