Great Service always Honest with Customers..can't please Every Lotus that Can not Read their Own Transactions from Complete Different Businesses. .

DRIVE-THRU RIP-OFF!!! -BE WARNED!!!
So, I went through the drive-through, and I was initially pleased. -Until I found a triple charge on my debit card, for the beverage purchase, and I called to inquire about it. Rather than hearing what happened, the owner immediately got very angry and rude, and insisted it was the bank's fault, before even hearing me out. When I tried to explain what I was seeing on my online checking, from his business' name, he then accused me of trying to argue the price for the beverage. -I was not. I just didn't want to pay for it 3 times, as I had been fraudulently charged for it!!! When I asked him to consider how he was addressing me, he told me to "Get a life, Lady." and he hung up on me.

Never again will I patronize Murphy's Siding Beverages, Bud Murphy's, or Murphy's Hall. -I prefer to be treated with respect, as a paying customer. These places are rip-off con-artists! -Nothing More!!!
