Hi, just wanted to mention that this piano teacher has really advanced my piano playing abilities. Within a few lessons I felt my level of play improve tremendously. He listens carefully, and really cares about my development and is clear and concise in his explanations, I can't really say that about any other teacher. I would definitely recommend this teacher for any student desiring a creative outlet. Roberts improvisational technique is the main reason I wanted to learn how to play piano. I hope to learn from him for many years to come. Thanks

I have seen many musicale instructors over the years, but Robert has to rate at the very top. Robert is one of the few instructors that understands music to its core and is excited to teach you. Thank you!

What a talented, passionate and enthusiastic piano instructor! After each lesson my 10 year old daughter leaves more enlightened and excited to put into practice the technical skills she has learned. She thinks about what it is she is playing and how she is playing each piece in order to shape it musically. It is because of Roberts wonderful approach to music instruction that our daughter is becoming more aware of the many facets of music. We see why Robert came highly recommended.

I have experienced a courteous and sincere method of teaching. As an adult, I would, of course, like "instant gratification." I am never discouraged when I want to try a different or more difficult path to my learning but am encouraged and then led back to the basics when I have recognized my limitations. There is a passion here which can be quite infectious. I recommend this instructor, both for adults and younger folk.
