Provided by YP.comI came from out of town to buy a vehicle. I had the mechanic at Mustang Alignment look it over before I bought it and he was very thorough. He gave me his honest opinion in a very timely matter. I was very happy with their service.

Provided by YP.comWonderful experience!!! Bought 4 tires at $100 less than the 10 places I called for quotes - including Sam's and Walmart AND they gave me a $70 rebate card too! Nice, nice people. Fast service. Can't say enough good things about them!

Provided by YP.comMy wife took our 2005 Explorer in for shocks and was charged $900.00 to replace them with a set of KYB GR-2, which sell retail everywhere for about $330 for the set! Then they charged her for 3.5 hours of labor to replace a set of shocks! When she attempted to try to find out the cost in advance, they would always make up an excuse so they "couldn't" tell her. When we tried to talk to them about the charges they could care less! Unbelievably unethical the way they take advantage of people at this place! They make sleezy, bad mechanic shops look good! I will never take another vehicle there, nor would I recommend them to anyone!! STAY AWAY FROM MUSTANG ALIGNMENT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

Provided by YP.comI took my car into Mustang Alignment Complete Car Care to fix my car. My clutch pedal was sticking to the floor and I was having trouble switching gears in my car. On 3/2/11, I received a call saying my car was fixed. They replaced the pedal return spring and I was charged and paid in full $180.00 for labor and $55.00 for parts for a total of $235.00. About a week later, the pedal started sticking again, so I called Mustang Alignment to let them know and they told me to bring my car back in. After making arrangements to borrow a car while my car was in the shop (every time I took my car into Mustang Alignment, I had to borrow a car for transportation while my there), I was able to take my car back to Mustang Alignment a few weeks later. On 4/20/11, I received a call saying my car was fixed. They replaced the clutch pedal assembly. I was charged and paid in full $120.00 for labor and $200.00 for parts for a total of $320.00. About 2 weeks later, the pedal started sticking again, so I called Mustang Alignment to let them know and they told me to bring my car back in. I told them that I had already spent $555.00 to fix this problem already and that I did not want to spend anymore money. They assured me that they would fix the problem without spending any more money. On 5/19/11, I received a call saying my car was fixed. They replaced the clutch slave cylinder. I was charged and paid in full $74.00 for parts. I was not charged labor. I paid the $74.00 for parts, but let them know that I was not happy because I had let them know when and before I brought the car in that I was not wanting to pay anymore money towards fixing the problem because I had already paid $555.00 and because they had replaced the clutch slave cylinder without calling me first to get my approval. A couple weeks later, the clutch started sticking again, so I called Mustang Alignment to let them know and they told me to bring my car back in. I told them that absolutely this time, I was not going to pay anymore money to them because I had already paid $624.00 and the problem has not been fixed. A week or so went by and I had not heard from Mustang Alignment regarding my car, so I called them. They told me that my car was fine, that theyve been driving my car and that the clutch pedal never stuck on them. They told me to come pick up my car. This time, I waited until every single time you push in the clutch pedal, it would stick. The problem was so bad at this point, at times (many times) I couldnt even get my car into gear. I called Mustang Alignment to let them know and they told me to bring my car back in. On 1/13/12, after having my car for almost two weeks and not hearing from them, I called Mustang Alignment and they told me that this time, it was a different clutch sticking problem, had nothing to do with the previous sticking problem and that it was going to cost me approximately $700.00 to $1200.00 to fix.. I went and picked up my car without getting it fixed. I am very upset because I have paid a total of $624.00 and my car is still not fixed. Each and every time I picked up my car, they assure me that the car was fixed. I am now unable to drive my car because at times, it will not go into gear and I have been stranded on the road and in parking lots and have had to call to have my car towed.
