I am so displeased with the work that these women did on my hair. The microbraids they did are so untidy. They are bigger than I thought they would be. Also, they make you pay before they actually do work on your hair. WHO DOES THAT???? They also charged me more than the price we agreed upon on the phone. This is the worst microbraid job I have EVER had. Angry rant over.

I have a loyal customer of Black & Beautiful's owner for many years. I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of work on my hair. I have also received more than stellar comments on my hairstyles. She takes great pride in doing the job right and to your satisfaction!

need to improve on customer service and hair braiding. big braids in the back in small ones in the front
