Dopefiend move. I dealt with Sheree and we spoke and text multiple times regarding a business property that needed a move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. Our initial discussion was to clean the house and she mentioned that the carpet and tile cleaning would be contracted out. She even went as far as to ask me if we needed a thorough cleaning or just enough to get by. I received multiple quotes from other vendors and was waiting to hear back from Shiree. Communication was not great, waiting hours if not days for responses. When I got her on the phone, I notified her that we would be willing to move forward for 725.00 for the complete job I asked her to send me a formal quote for accounting purposes. She sent me an email with a price included. In the email she only specified carpet and tile and did not mention the house cleaning. It is my fault for not catching this but all our conversations previous and text were about house cleaning, tile and carpet. I approved the quote, they started work. She called me half way and was pushing for payment. I notified her I would not pay her until the job was complete and I inspected. The following day I was on my way to the property to inspect and I received a phone call from Sheree. She asked me in a sarcastic manner "Who are you going to get to do the cleaning" .I thought she was joking, we discussed the email and she was insistent that she never quoted for the cleaning and that the house was a biohazard area and that her price would have been much higher. At this point I had cut the check and she was right the email did not specify house cleaning. I was forced to clean the house on my own which took all of 3 hours. Hard to believe she would put her company reputation on the line for 3 hours of work. Scandalous, unprofessional, schisty, dope fiend moves. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER. By the way, the communication was excellent when she was trying to get paid. Thanks for nothing Shiree. Oh yea, carpets and tile were done to acceptable standard.
