AAA called and had the business tow in my daughters car. we of course are AAA members. My daughter instructed them to call with an estimate of repairs. they did not. they simply replaced a starter charging $467 with no prior authorization. I priced the repair at 3 other shops and got a estimate from $140 to $170 high. they took advantage of a 20 year old college student. They told her it was because her car was a Turbo but all the other shops said there was no difference in a flat rate manual for it being a turbo.
