Less than average. I do not recommend going here, the nail techs seem like they have no idea of what there doing.

I did my nails today at this place and actually for a first time ever, I could see how much I was hated. I came very close to closing hour assuming that they actually are open util 8 p.m. not 7, but owner made them take me. I wasn't insisting, but in return ...oh boy, hate was over the board.



Customer service is awful. I cannot believe it is provided in California, customer service oriented state.

Fortunately, my experience has been NOTHING like the previous young lady. I absolutely love this shop! However, I will say that I only go to Michelle for my fills and Mary for my pedicures...I've been going for about 3 years now and although I wish they had more colors & designs to offer, overall I am very satisfied. I do like to explore though and I'm sure I'll find something with more to offer! Give it try!
