I love Nail Tek!! They are always so nice to me & the people I have recommended! I am a perfectionist & I am extremely particular when it comes to my nails. They exceed beyond my expectations on my nails.. They are busy & sometimes I have to wait, but business means they're good!! When I first started going, a new person there done my nails & I was so mad & very unsatisfied!! The owners immediately redone them & fixed them to my satisfaction & didn't make me pay a thing!!!! They are truly all about satisfying the customer!!!

So a friend and I went to Nail Tek on a girl's day out. We went in a were talking amongst our selves, and the woman that was working on someone else's nails was like, "What do you want?" We both looked at each other, and said l "We'll take two pedicures" so she was like, "Go sit down!" So my friend and I went to have a seat. After we had our feet soaking in not warm, but room teperature water, the nail artist asks if we had our nail polishes picked out? We looked at each other yet again, and said no. So they made us get up and go get them, when we got back to our seats our massaging seats were half over and if we wanted them back on we had to pay 2.00. So we paid them, so they began massaging our feet. Well I had my ringer turned up on my phone and i got a text message, so my ring tone was Scotty Vanity. "I Like Your Hair" So it played and i was asked to turn it off. Well just so happens a couple minutes later another womans ringer went off, although i cant recall the song I know it was worse than mine and no one said anything. So when we got done we went to the station where you dry the polish. So we sat there until it was over. So when we got done, the woman still did not get up to get our money, we had to cross over a couple of people to get to her. So when we were done we turned around there was the ladies that did our nails had there hands held out. My friend looked at me and i said I guess they want a tip. So we gave them their tips and walked out. Now tell me where in this equation did we get a hello..... thanks for coming..... or a your welcome..... This place was absolutley horrible and I will never go here again!!
