The first time I ordered from nala Grace's bows, everything went great. The second time I ordered from Nala Grace was on 8/11/2010. It is now 3/3/2011, and still nothing.... I have emailed them over and over. At first I was getting emails saying that their was an weight error and to keep an eye out. So I waited ANOTHER 4 weeks and emailed them back, and now i GET NOTHING!!! I will never order from them again!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM NALA GRACE BOWS!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A BIG SCAM!!!!!!

They are a scam and a fake business with two different locations listed.

I placed an order on 12/31 and to this day have never received it. All

emails and inquiries into finding out what happened to my order have been

ignored repeatedly. I was finally able to get my money back through

Suntrust, as I used my debit card. A quick search of the company online

and I discovered there are numerous others who weren't as lucky. There

is no excuse to steal someone's money with no intention of fulfilling

the merchandise. Please help me put these con artists out of business

and save others from being hurt. Report them to BBB and anywhere else that might help put out of business!!

I wish I would have read some reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 1 headband for my daughter on Jan 18, I still haven't received it. From the look of things I won't be receiving it either. I used my debit card so it was taken right out of my bank account, so now i have to try to get my money back. It was only $8.53 I spent, but still it's my money and I either get what I ordered or I get my money back. I will tell everyone not to order from Nala Grace. On the website it says your order will ship in about 7 days unless it's a big order, it was 1 headband, I could have figured out how to make it myself by now. Glad I found out that my friend maked them so I will be ordering from her.

This is NOT a business!!!!! It is a SCAM! A woman named "Heather" supposedly is the "owner". She drags you along replying to your complaint emails until it has been too long for you to file a credit card complaint and get your money back!

They take your money/credit card info, and NEVER give you any product!

PLEASE check out reviews of this so called "company"......



Many people have become victims of this SCAM!!! Including myself!

I wish my daughter would have read the review that was on here before she ordered ... just like the first review she ordered on Dec. 11, 2010 and still have not received anything. After several emails with no reply .... I guess we will have to also contact the BBB. Heather Lax ... will take your money and give you nothing in return ... not even a email!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON!! I wish they had a zero star rating!

I made a purchase from Nala Grace Bows on 9/20/10 and STILL have not recieved my order. I have emailed her (the only contact info available) seven times, YES SEVEN and still have not recieved any word from her. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB and hope that helps. DO NOT ORDER from this company, it is a ripoff.
