I have worked for Nannies and Housekeepers for five years and love the fact that they are highly respected as a company in the nanny industry in Las Vegas. Many people come to Vegas with children and as I nanny I get the opportunity to go and spend time with that child while parents are busy, out for the evening or whatever. I take my job seriously and love the diverse amount of people we serve from a variety of backgrounds. I love hearing when I arrive that the company was referred and came highly recommended by concierge or others and I also appreciate that when I arrive the family has my resume so already know about me. I appreciate that the company is licensed and insured. I am grateful that the administration invests in the people who serve their agency and genuinely care about them. The administration works hard to serve clients and staff alike and have been named agency of the year. I recommend Nannies and Housekeepers and am honored to be a of the team.

WORST SERVICE! The first thing we did when we moved to the valley with kids was signup with NAHUSA and have enjoyed there services for years. However we paid them $2,106 for nanny placement and less then 6 months later and we have no nanny and are being told we have to pay the fee again. The first nanny had family issues which happens but we had to FIGHT them to provide a free replacement per our contract. The second nanny was only with us for 6 weeks and quit with ONE DAY notice to take a teaching position. Neither one had any complaints about us, our kids, the hours/pay or anything. And now after dragging there feet the they have decided we must pay ANOTHER $2,106 for another nanny placement. They know they have us in a jam since its the first day of school. No offers to work with us on paying the second placement fee, no offer of a discounted, nothing. Just screw us.

Nannies and Housekeepers USA proved to be the most reliable nanny agency in the valley.We called every agency and most did not answer their phones or they wanted a deposit upfront to help us. We called Nannies and Housekeepers USA and felt comfortable immediately. I can see why this agency serves the established families and hotels in Las Vegas. They do not compromise and they treat everyone special.

We loved the babysitter they sent to us! She was a teacher and my children had a ball!!!

Traveling to Las Vegas and calling a babysitting service can be nerve racking!! When the BELLAGIO HOTEL told me the only company they refer to is Nannies

We were very pleased with this agency. The hotel highly recommended this service and we felt comfortable from the first phone call. The nanny we hired for IN ROOM service arrived early and brought some great games and crafts for our children. My sister in law who happens to live here hired a part time nanny from this company and she is very pleased as well.

This agency is terrific! The placement counselors are excellent at listening to the needs of the family.With this company it is all about service and standards. They are The Four Seasons of nanny agencies!

This agency goes the distance to serve the children. The nannies are very well screened and we have always been very pleased with the service. They take time to really listen to the needs of the family.

The babysitters are always on time and reliable. I heard this company turns down about 8 out of 10 people who apply. One of the nannies/babysitters was nominated for Disney Teacher of the year. They are always so polite and I can see why they are always winning awards. It is great to know a service like this is here in Las Vegas....wish they were in New York, too.
