This towing company did extensive damage to my vehicle and when I tried to resolve it with them they wanted me to file a claim with my own insurance company.



They stated that they were in no way responsible for the damage to my vehicle however they had not looked at the damage to reach that conclusion.



The damage was done when the vehicle was pulled on to their flat bed truck.

The owners/management Bill and Vicky Howard were both very disrespectful from the very first time I reported the damage to them. They did agree to let me bring the vehicle in so they could look at the damage but they continued to state that I needed to file with my own insurance company and that they did not in any way cause any damage.



I brought the vehicle in, and prior to them looking at the vehicle they told me once again that is was not possible that they did any damage to my vehicle.



Instead of looking at the vehicle, they told me they were not covering the damages and that if I did not leave the property they would call the police.



I am at this point filing in small claims court and am reporting them to the BBB.
