This company was over an hour late picking up one of my instructors from the airport. The driver told him it was due to overbooking for Homecomings and weddings when they finally picked him up. I have them scheduled to pick him up to meet his flight at end of week. I called on Monday to verify and hopefully when compensated for their tardiness. Instead, the company called my bosses phone when they were instructed to call mine. He was not up with everything and asked them to call me. They not only didn't call me, they wouldn't answer the phone when I called from the office, only when my boss called them from his phone. He put them on the phone with me to verify pick up times and location only for the man there not talk to me. If they aren't going to speak to a woman then they will not ever have our business. Tardy, rudeness, sloppy behavior. UNEXCEPTABLE they are only receiving any part of a star because they make you do it here.

They completely abandoned me! I had used the service once before and had fine service. Unfortunately, I had scheduled another pick up for them to take me to the airport. I spoke with someone the DAY before. They never showed up to take me to the airport and they would not answer their phone. They also never called me to tell me that they couldn't take me or even apologize. When they did not show up, I left several messages and never spoke to a person only their answering machine. Do not be fooled by their prices. You can call a taxi company to take you for around the same rate and they will actually show up. Unreliable, unprofessional, and thoughtless- spend your money on another company!
