When you experience water damage to your home, the average person really has no idea what is involved with respect to the clean-up and restoration. I am very thankful that I had called Elites Restorations that day. They where so customer-service-oriented, as well as having the knowledge and expertise required to deal with this type of emergency. The utmost care was always taken by Elite Restoration when repairing my home. It was a pleasure dealing with Elite Restorations and their technicians and I am most grateful for their efforts.

One afternoon my nightmare began, my garbage disposal stopped working and water spilled over my sink onto my hardwood floors, then leaked into the ceiling of my beautiful finished first floor. I immediately started looking on my computer for companies that would help with this situation. I found Elite Restorations, called them and they were at my door in 30 min. The team came in assessed the damage and proceeded to clean up the mess immediately. They dried my wood floors and replaced my ceiling. Elite Restorations Inc is an excellent company, I would highly recommend this company for any water damage or clean-up situations

I could not be more pleased with the incredible job Chuck and Elite Restoration Inc performed when my kitchen flooded. They were highly trained, highly skilled, respectful of our home, accommodating and easy to get along with. They cleaned up every night when they left and returned punctually the next day. Chuck was a joy to deal with. He made helpful suggestions and recommendations and was always mindful of the costs involved. His workers held him in high regard and they all worked well together. 5 Stars for Elite Restorations! This amazing company responded immediately to repair the damage from my air conditioning system. All the flooring was removed, damage to walls was repaired and new flooring placed in a couple of days. Everyone involved in the whole process was not only competent but concerned about my comfort during this ordeal.My special thanks to Chuck Keller for communicating with the insurance adjuster in a professional manner. They were not accurate, not very nice and the men that come out to do the work have NO idea what they are doing. They were young and seemed insecure and had to be walked through the entire process.
