Followed the "RULES" set by the Office and Medicare Advantage Policy and received GREIF at every turn. Treated like 2nd class Customer by office staff ESPECIALLY after I noted that my glasses were "NOT RIGHT". Was told "7 to 10" days for delivery on the 11th day it was conveniently revised to "7 to 14" days delivery. I expect in 14 days it will be Revised AGAIN to 20 days or MORE..
*Dr Becker was More than Professional and understanding and treated me like a Patient and CUSTOMER and NOT like a piece of MEAT. Thank you Doctor Becker.

Provided by YPmobileI have been going to this location for a few years and I will no longer use their services. The customer service is well below average , the staff members have low knowledge about services and I don't feel they are giving me correct info. They never get my prescription right on the first try so it takes weeks to get my glasses . My insurance only allows me to use nationwide so I have opted to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket so I can get better services .

Provided by YP.comhello I've been a customer of Nationwide Vision for many years and my last visit was very unpleasant, my reason to visit was that my nine years old son broke his glasses and we went to see if they could fix the glasses, the lady's in front were very rude since we gave them the lenses, I was told that these lenses were not given by Nationwide vision and that my insurance did not covered it,we find out that they give him those glasses a year ago and they were not his prescription and they were so rude about it they denied that does glasses were given to him by nationwide vision. they only care that those glasses are real expensive glasses D & G, that bothers me and it hurt a lot as my son is sick for three years they found a tumor that affects his vision and after a year that he was using other lenses that was not his prescription it must have had an effect on him, as a mother I do not recommend Nationwide Vision by Reason of not recognizing that they can make mistakes and not interested in the health of customers just their money..

Provided by YP.comEveryone was very friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped me pick out what glasses were best for me. I didn't have to wait for the Doctor. Excellent service!
