I called requesting information about my referral and I was told that even they did not send it yet because it is just seven days that the doctor saw me. Also, the receptionist said, "I'm going to hang up on you" sure, I hang up first.

I agree with Bob. She seems like a good doctor. She is nice, proactive (seemingly,) and knowledgeable. However, I cut her off after one visit, because the staff was completely incompetent. I waited for over 2 hours in those uncomfortable wicker seats (I have spinal issues... you're really gonna make me sit up straight in a waiting area for over 2 hours?) before I asked them to please hand me back any papers that I had given them. They responded by telling me that I was "Just about to be called back!" to calm me... then after that I waited 15 more minutes, was taken back to a room where I sat for another half hour... day wasted.

They Dr Navarro was a good Doctor till there was a problem with her staff! I will not recommend anyone to this Doctor! In fact I will tell my PC to do the same! To bad the patient has to suffer for a staff that can not do their job properly! I will be better off seeking another Doctor ! PATIENTS BEWARE!!!
