This company has since moved locations, however they are the only Orlando division of Neighbors Movers. I dealt with Mr. Haas, owner of Neighbors Movers Orlando, directly about our damaged furniture. The day we moved I could tell the movers were not real movers. They placed heavy items on top of boxes. In the end they broke a tv, scratched several items, and although their insurance company agreed to cover it, Mr. Haas denied the claim because of personal reasons. He threatened that his wife is a lawyer if we wanted to take it to court. The day of the move they had charged us almost twice as much as the price quoted and held our furniture until it was paid. I later found out that for the state of Florida, this is illegal and they are only allowed to hold your furniture for 110% of the price quoted, they are to bill you for the rest. After this entire ordeal with them, I now am black-balled from the company. Not even the customer service representative will talk to me. I now am letting the public know about this company and their fraudulent activities.

This company destroyed my 60in plasma tv. Cost me over 2000k in damages to my belongings. The men used brute force and no brains to move items. They tossed around my items, and tried to man handle things that were a 2 man job. The owner took no responsibility. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I am starting A LAWSUIT IMMEDIATELY....
