John is the most conscientious contractor I have worked with in over 30 years. His focus on quality, customer communicatons and being clear and direct about cost is exemplary. He offers constructive feedback and ideas to improve your project. Schedule is met, or if it slips, you know immediately and he offers a recovery plan or update. His knowledge of concrete products, preparation and finish are tops as well.

John does a phenomenal job. The the quality is amazing. He tells you exactly what and when to expect and does what he says. We have gone on vacation while he did work for us because he is that trustworthy and good. We have recommended him to other people and he always does a A+ job.

Nercesian Construction did some concrete work for us. John and his crew were very professional. The workmanship was top quality. He completed the job on time as promised. He left the work site in excellent condition. I would recommend him to others who are looking for a concrete job.

I have dealt with many contractors with my personal projects as well as in my business and John Nercesian is the very best. Extremely professional. Easy to contact. Answers phone calls and returns calls. Most knowledgable in his area of work. Explains things very well. Works efficiently around busy schedules. Completes the project when he says he will complete the project. He is well worth the price and has saved me and my business thousands of dollars in the long run. I have used this contractor for 7 different projects over the past 8 years and everything is still perfect. I will continue to use Nercesian construction for a very long time.

Three years ago we had John Nercesian Construction replace our driveway. That driveway had given us trouble for years. Every winter the driveway would heave and our car would have to "climb" out of the garage. The driveway itself as more like a rock garden than a concrete drive, with more loose gravel every time a car would pull in or out. John and his crew removed the old driveway and all of the questionable soil beneath. Their work is thorough and precise. The compaction of the soil and gravel will stand up to any disaster that could possibly come our way. The new concrete driveway is doweled into the garage floor so no more heaving will occur, and the finish of the concrete itself is practically a work of art. After having such quality work on our driveway, when we decided to tear out and replace our front porch and steps, we naturally called John once again. Once again we cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality and workmanship we received. John and his crew are very kind, well dressed, no foul language was used and they respected our property and my neighbors. I'm not sure what our next project will be but be assured John Nercesian Construction will be called to do the work.
