Owner Brandon Norris is a scam artist. I have contacted his probation officer with Summit County (330-643-2300) to inform them of Brandon's activities. I recommend everyone else do the same to complain about this scammer. Maybe someone will eventually wake up and put him behind bars where he belongs.

is cannot even be considered a BUSINESS! they are totally incompetent per basic house cleaning, they are completely unreliable, weren't able to figure out when every other week cleaning was due, and the owner is totally full of grandiose promises. Absolutely unable to follow through on anything. Never use them. Groupon, you should be ashamed of yourselves for marketing such a miserable organization. I will not be using them or groupon again.

Do NOT use Netties Neat and Tidy! Brandon, the owner, is shady. He makes all these promises, and then won't deliver. He pushes for clients to buy the "lock in rate", which is NON-REFUNDABLE. He then makes "scheduling errors" and other excuses not to deliver. He then does not refund your money. He uses every excuse in the book. I swear he has had 5 dead grandmothers in a week. He lies, and scams. He has 12 complaints against him with the BBB. All say the same thing as you see here. Ignore ALL the positive reviews you see here. Every single one was posted by HIM! Look at them. They all have the same poor grammar and spelling! They are phrased the same. The poor grammar, etc. matches with the sad, lie filled emails he sends. Save yourself money and headaches and find someone else. Netties is, hands down, the WORST business I have ever dealt with. They cannot be trusted. By the way, to prove what I am saying about all the glowing reviews coming from the same place (the owner), first, check the dates. Most were posted on the same day, and all were posted in the same week. Also, look at the writing. If there is a space between the last word in the sentence and the period (which almost ALL the "good" reviews have, that is also HIM. I have received enough emails from him to recognize this repeated error.

Worst business EVER!!!! I purchased cleanings and was lied to. The lady cleaning always had some excuse as to why she couldn't come. Supposedly they would send out someone else but that person too would claim they would come over and no one was home so they left. Mind you I had all doors open and no one ever showed up. Was told I would get my money back but guess what, that too never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone and please don't get scammed into paying up front because NO ONE shows up and you cannot get your money back.

Absolute worst experience ever! I would never recommend or use this company again. I saw a deal on a coupon site...not even worth the trouble for cheaper services. I was completely misled and about the service......I prepaid (huge mistake)....it tooks weeks (mult calls and emails) to even schedule the service. I thought at that point that my money was gone but they did show up about a half hour late.....however it didnt matter in the end. The people that showed up late told me a different amount of time they would be there than what had been scheduled so I informed them of the special I purchased. They said "no problem we will have no problem completing the items I needed cleaned." When I returned I was shocked to find my place still dirty!!!! They didnt even touch my second bathroom (mind you I had an empty apartment-moved out- and only needed 2 bathrooms and kitchen wiped down), I even found dirty water plugged up in the tub of the semi cleaned bathroom so I had the pleasure of picking up after the cleaning people...now that doesnt sound right. Needless to say I spent the next evening cleaning my entire place. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to clean the kitchen and bathrooms by myself. How is it possible a team of 2 people were not able to clean what I did. The next day I called the company and left a message (because they Never answer the phone) explaining my experience and suggested that I should be refunded since nothing was cleaned. I didnt actually expect to receive any money back....I was surprised they even showed up so my expectations were already very low.....however, big surprise I havent received a call back yet either (its been over a week). They obviously are not concerned that they have an unhappy customer to even call and apologize. I honestly am in disbelief that this company is still in business and I caution anyone from using them. I wish I searched the reviews prior to purchasing because on the BBB website they received a score of F. They have multiple outstanding complaints again which just shows that they are not concerned with their customer service.



Buyer beware!!!! The rating made me select at least one star......believe me they deserve zero so please do not misunderstand my one star rating.

Worst experience. I paid in full but no service. I came back home and nothing was done. I complained and owner agreed that the cleaner stated there was not much to clean but hour and half later, cleaner tells me that she cleaned everything. I stated I was not happy with service and asked for refund. Still trying to get refund after 6 weeks. Never again will I go for offer that seems to good to be true. Anyone reading this, please RUN. Run away and ask a friend to give you referral because Netties Neat and Tidy is definitely not neat or tidy. Bad business overall. 1 star is actually to good for this company.

i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, I purchase 4 prepaid hours that i was never able to use because, this guy would never return my calls or my emails, furthermore the lady cleaning my house broke my shower doors, when i spoke to this guy he claimed his agency is insure so everything is ok, about six months later he still dont cover my losses is not returning email or phone calls, just unprofessional.

i suggest anyone trying to use his services check the BBB site, im not the only one he has cheated.
