Called to get service, we got our service in 2 hrs. I called two other companies, none were available, They got my business and I got their Alkaline water. Love it Highly recommended

Great company with best Alkaline water. Love their 9.7 pH.
Purified , Electrolyte and Alkaline water pH 9.7 .

Customer service is terrible, 20 min wait on phone, no help from rude customer service rep, bottles are dirty and scratched, accounting is screwy seems like we’re getting over charged, Holiday delivery is a nightmare.

This company made getting water service fun. Keith was very professional,, and by the time my water service was set up, we felt like family. Water is high quality, great product. Love the service.

This is the WORST water company in Las Vegas!!!! They overcharge you for water and steal money from your account. I had PROOF from my bank statements and the service agreement I signed. Fernando was very unprofessional and DID NOTHING to help me with my problem. As soon as my service agreement is done I am gone. 1 star is mandatory but very generous for this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

14 month on a one-year contract and they sent me to collections. I was told I have a balance but was never sent the final payment. I was never late, so I guess I will not be using them again, ever.

I currently use Nevada Crystal Premium at my office. I have never has an issue with delivery, they are here on time. If I have any issues they resolve it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

I am a customer of Nevada Crystal Premiums going on 2 years and I am still very happy with the service. They charge a very fare price for their water and equipment . I totally recommend this company to anyone looking for a good price and service.

I have enjoyed Nevada Crystal Premium water for at least 4years now. As a student in the healthcare field, I do have to watch my finances where I can. Nevada Crystal Premium has helped me mantain a fair expense for my necessity. I appreciate the electrolytes that are a part of this product. They have gotten me through those long hours I spend studying when I seem to neglect myself the most. The service is outstanding! This company really works for you!

This company was polite in the beginning, but it all ended after I signed on the line to start service. Price changes IMMEDIATELY ENSUED even though we agreed on a different price! Are you kidding me?



The drivers would claim they only picked up 3 bottles, not 4. Thus creating even more lost equipment charges. I guess the fairy bottle god-mother just came in and took the bottle, right?



I ended up cancelling my contract in 2009. I just checked my credit report in 2011 to see a charge for $1600+ even though I "cancelled my account"!



What a bunch of thieves!

We just moved to our new house in Las Vegas last year and we wanted a bottled water service delivered to our home. We wanted a service just like the one we had in Los Angeles. We would have kept that service but they only serve local residents in Los Angeles.



We wanted a water bottle company that provides the same good quality service at the right price plus a water cooler that’s rent free, just like what we have in Los Angeles. We also wanted 3-gallon bottles rather than the 5-gallon bottles. They are so much easier to lift.



Luckily, we found everything that we were looking for here in Las Vegas with a local company called Nevada Crystal Premium. We sign up a contract with them last year and we are glad that we did. Thanks Nevada Crystal Premium!

Good news! I found a drinking water company selling electrolyte water. It's Nevada Crystal Premium. My doctor was saying electrolyte is good for my body every time I do my jogging, so I need to replenish it. Now, I feel much better after every workout. So if anybody else out there needs electrolyte, do what I did. I called the company and got me four 4-gallon bottles of electrolyte water delivered to my home every month.

Our family got a good deal with this water company Nevada Crystal Premium just before Christmas. We saw a flyer from them at our door and saw they've got better prices than the ones we were looking into. So we started service from them. So far our service has been good. The water is good. And we're saving a lot of money. We don't have to go to the store anymore every time we run out of water. And another good thing, we also have a hot and cold cooler and we don't have to pay rent for it because the rental is free. Thank goodness.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Every time there was an issue with my account I had to contact their company several times to rectify the situation. I am still fighting with this company 6 months after canceling their service. Their customer service is very unprofessional and unreliable. Customer service representatives are extremely rude and never willing to help and the delivery people have poor communication with their main office. We were constantly being charged for missing bottles when they were returned. We were shorted water for the simple fact that the delivery man did not want to carry the bottles up the stairs. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
