Used them for a going & return trip from Jersey City to Newark Airport.



Guy was 10 minutes late for the pick up to the airport and didn't have ez pass. Driver was also void of personality. Annoying, but forgiveable.



Return trip-- had called for a midnight pickup at Newark. Nobody showed up. Called at 1210-- dispatch told me he was on Level 3 of Terminal A -- I was on Level 2. (Later confirmed with driver he was NOT on Level 3, but in fact nowhere near the airport at that time). Dispatch told me he would get in touch with driver and have him come to me from Level 3.



Nothing. Called again at 1220. Dispatch told me he would be there soon.



Nothing. Calling again at 1230-- fuming, at this point. Dispatch told me he would call driver again, after I kept asking for the driver's number so I could call him myself. Dispatch would not give me the driver's number. At this point, I gave them 5 minutes before they could go to hell and I was getting on the cab line.



No contact for another 10 minutes, and I was already on the VERY long cab line (amazing for 12:40am) -- dispatch called and FINALLY told me the cab would be arriving within moments. I eventually spotted him and got in just to get out of the cab line.



Spoke to the driver and he told me he just got to the airport and was driving back from JFK. He was 30 feet above me on level 3 about 30 minutes earlier. Dispatch told me lie after lie-- probably trying to save face after failing to honor the reservation I had made, and tried to cover it up by not letting me get in touch with the driver directly as I waited.



The driver wound up being very apologetic for the situation and was a personable guy. It's a shame-- good driver, TERRIBLE company.



I'll be finding another cab company in the area.

I've used this taxi company more than once. This company is extremely professional and on time, every time. The driver's are always helpful in assisting me by opening the door for me when I have my kids and even helping me with my bags before and after my rides to the airport. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
