The same as other reviewers, I was absolutely satisfied with Steve's efficient and professional job. There were molds and water stains on the bedroom ceiling in my rental apartment. Steve responded my call immediately, arranged the free estimate next day!! He KNEW what's the root cause before opening up the ceiling and provided an irresistible estimates !! Yes, he was right about the water coming from and fixed the problem accordingly! I highly recommend Newman Waterproofing & Mold inc. !

I was extremely satisfied with this company. Steve responded to my initial call within 10 minutes. I chose his company to install a French Drain in my finished Basement. He and his crew delivered exactly what was promised. Price and quality of work and crew were excellent. Highly recommend !!

They did an excellent job! Very pleased! Price was good too! The whole experience was great! Very professional, Steve makes sure you understand everything, the workers were polite, they did an excellent job and they cleaned up so that you cant even tell they were there! They came when they said they were coming and finished on time! No surprised! Absolutely wonderful experience! Hire them. You will not be sorry.

OMG!! I had such a great experience with this company. I called Steve the owner on a friday and by the following monday afternoon my crawl space was clean of debris and mold and I was a happy woman with a clean house. They came and worked hard and left everything just the way anyone would want it. The price was great!

Had a severe amount of mold in our crawlspace and Newman and Co. were able to take care of it - and they did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They were very responsive and did what they said they were going to do. I was very pleased.

I was able to contact Steve the minute I called him everytime. He came to evaluate our damage the same day I called and was prepared to do the work as soon as we were ready. He had his crew in here and did the work within two days. They did a great job they removed all the wet insulation and took care of mold remediation and replaced insulation and moisture barrier. They also hauled away all the debris. My husband wouldn't go under the crawl space before this now he has no problem going under there. I would recommend this company to anyone he was fair friendly and did great work.
