Newport Ready Mix has a terrible customer service. My husband called them so many times to bring cement for our foundation project, and one of the workers said that he would meet my husband at our house to look at the project, but he was a no show. How many times does a business need to be contacted to get a commitment from them? Since Newport Ready Mix is the only company in Newport, we're stuck with their crappy service and business dealings, or else we'd totally take our business elsewhere.
