I have dealt with Nicelys towing a few times in the last 3 years and every time, they are quick, safe and beyond professional. By far my favorite tow truck company in the Tri-State. Thanks !

Just shocked when I heard about the foul language and poor treatment of the vet with the service dog. I hope your license gets pulled. Do you make a habit of violating the public's rights? May the Lord have mercy on you.

AFTER READING WHAT HAPPENED IN KENOVA AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP ONE OF OUR VETS WHO HAD A SERVICE DOG ...IT WAS SHAMFUL HOW YOU TREATED THIS MAN...BUT MANY THANKS TO THE KENOVA PD- FIRE AND UTILITY WORKERS WHO STEPPED UP TO HELP OUR VETERAN AND HIS DOG....YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!! ZERO RATING FOR NO HELP.....

They don't care about anyone with a disability at all. Horrible business! They would not help a Veteran in need cause he had a service dog!
