Worst experience I've ever had with a tow company, Went into a restaurant, left lights on, the battery drained, car wouldnt crank over enough to start! so called USAA ins. they had North Bend Towing dispatched! the cranky old man that arrived had a negative attitude and it was obvious he didn't want to be there! he made my disabled daughter go through her glove compartment finding all the papers and registrations and everything that she could find even though he was dispatched by USAA which already approved everything, he only needed the VIN number and a driver's license according to USAA! he then proceeded to dig around under his seat and find an old battery powered starter box and connected it on the car and it did only slightly better then without! He said I must have some other problem! I ask him to put a set of cables connected to his big truck and he said he didn't have any! and left!!! Another company came and put a set of cables connected to the truck and it started right up!
