I'm not your typical real estate agent. I use a systematic approach to match home buyers to the perfect home. I ask buyers to answer a few basic questions in order to build a virtual composite of their new home.  I conduct a search of available homes that match the buyer�s composite, and pre-view the homes for the buyer.  I show the buyer only the homes that very closely match their composite. This approach enables the buyer to maximize the results of their home search.
