After spending 3 minutes looking at the issue the owner of this business told my wife that it would cost nearly $400 to repair my 13 year old refrigerator's ice maker. We decided not to repair without considering replacing the refrigerator and the owner said my wife owes him $79 for the service call. She did not want to pay this for the 3 minutes he looked at it and this led to him demanding payment. She said she was uncomfortable with him and asked him to invoice us and to leave our house. The owner refused to leave and demanded she pay him something, first $69 then $59. My wife said again to invoice us and that she was calling the police as he was refusing to leave. He eventually waited for the police and provided them with a phone number that did not work (I called to speak with him). We have no issue paying a service call fee but it should have been communicated up front. Threatening a customer is simply not acceptable and I strongly suggest that everyone steer clear of this company.
