This is a horrible company. I received a quote on-line, and from that quote I decided to pay. I was quoted 270.00 for 3 hours. The pick up was in Picayune, MS and drop off in New Orleans, La. The pick up was scheduled for 10:00pm for a bride and groom. I called 3 days before the service to make sure that everything was still confirmed and correct. The limo was 45 min late and the newly weds didn't get the send off from their wedding because of this. I made several calls to the office to get the drivers cell phone number. I repeatedly told the guy at the office the limo was late and he told me that I had service for 10:15 not 10:00pm. I told him either way he was still late and for this event it was unacceptable. Once the limo showed up the driver told me the that I only had an hour of service. I showed him the emails stating I had a 10:00pm pick time and also 3 hours of service. Once the bride and groom were in the limo and left the driver hit them up for $100.00 cash to make a stop because the service was only for an hour. I followed the limo to the next stop and when I found out about this transaction I confronted the driver and he called his office. The guy on the phone proceeded to yell and me and tell me that I was wrong and I only paid for an hour service. When I tried to explain that I had proof stating otherwise he hung up on me. The driver left to pick up another call and then returned after to finish our service almost 3 hours later. When I called Monday after the wedding no one answered the phone and sent me to a recording. I called several times Tuesday and finally got ahold of Xavier. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and I paid for a transfer service and that is a 1 hour service. He would talk over me anytime I tried to speak. I finally got frustrated enough that I simply told him I would dispute the charges. His response was " you think its just that easy?" I replied "yes".. I hung up and called my credit card company. With in 2 hours of filing the complaint I got a call from a Restricted number, but didn't answer. Then I got a call from a guy Tony. He had a new set of excuses. He told me " We can not guarantee on-time service when crossing state line because of the different jurisdictions". What???? I told him I was not going to discuss anything further until he reviewed my emails. I sent the email and I have yet to hear back from him. At 8:40pm I got another call from a Restricted number. It was Xavier who told me that I messed up now because Tony was going to give me a full refund but since I called my credit card company he was going to now. He also told me the emails I sent was from a company that they just purchased, and I was incorrect. I replied by telling him that he was the one that responded to the email giving me the 3 hours for 270.00 and I even confirmed that with him on the phone. Once again he started speaking over me and wouldn't let me talk. I hung up on him. He immediately called back and my husband answered. He told me husband I was lying and he my husband responded by telling Xavier he read the emails, Xavier called him several perverse names and hung up. I am calling my credit card company again to let them know of the harassment. Oh and to top it all off... The Limo company has charged my credit card for the full amount again!!!!

I called this place today abou...

I called this place today about transporting my sister from Hammond to MSY and return. The "man" who answered the phone quoted me $200 to get her TO the airport., not even round trip. I had used Northshore Airport Service previously and got the names mixed up. Their price was $70 to get to the airport and they can be reached at 985-386-3861. Anyhow, when I said that the price was much higher than the last time, his whole demeanor changed and he became rude3 and confrontational. I said (verbatum) "Well, it must have been another company. Thank you. Goodbye." and hung up. The phone rang seconds later and this crazy man said "Don't call this company again!" I said Don't worry, A$$hole, and hung up. Upon which he called me AGAIN to rant! He doesn't have to worry about me calling him except by accident. I strongly suggest that you think twice before using this company. Call the other people, they have been nice each time I've used them.
