Avoid this company. The only reason you see more than one star in some reviews, there is a possibility the staff is rating the company. They are unprofessional and give you all kind of lies and excuses: they told my firend she street was too narrow: she lives in lincolnwood. they told me they got my phone number wrong and just leave your keys in the car and we will be there. That is when I have been waiting for them since noon and every time I called they said : "Only 2 more hours" i gave up at 9:30 at night and they still promise 2 more hours. night manager is a smart$$$$. when I asked to speak to the manager she said "too bad I am the manager". the rest of staff not any better: all unprofessional. they do not even deserve one star...

This tow company is professional & courteous. It is super convenient that that are open 24 hours in case your car breaks down in the middle of the night. Easy to communicate with. Reasonable prices. Careful with cars. Very knowledgeable.

I was stranded on the side of the road last night with a blowout and called north shore towing. They gave me fast service and the person i talked to on the phone was very friendly. The driver was professional and made sure i was safe the whole time. I would highly recommend north shore towing to anyone in need of towing services. I ended up buying a used tire from their parts deparment at a really good price.

Worst company. They don't care customer's car AT ALL! In my case, the front axle and others were broken.
