The owner of Northwest Construction of Grants Pass,Oregon, Chris Kucharik, came to our home and gave us a bid to install an automatic garage door. When we were ready to have the door installed, we called the contractor (Chris) he made an appointment with us to begin the project. This was when we learned the contractor woud not be installing the garage door himself. Chris ordered the door and the door company would be the people who woud be installing the door. We were not pleased finding out this contractor was only a middle man in regard to the garage door. Chris told me the garage door company would be at our house the morning of Sept 8, 2016. I waited all morning for the garage door man to arrive, I then called the door company and they told me the door was scheduled to be installed on Sept 9th. This mistake cost me a wasted day waiting for something that was not goign to happen. The bright side of this story is Lee's Quality doors in Grants Pass,Oregon arrived on time on the Sept 9th and the man did an excellent job installing our automatic garage door. Chris left some unfinished work in the garage. We expected him to come back and finish up but he never did. We waited for Chris to send us the invoice but it never arrived by U.S. mail or email. In yesterday's mail we finally got the invoice along with a note from Chris saying he had not received payment for the invoice that he said was sent in Sept 2016. (shaking our heads) We are mailing Chris a payment in full as soon as we are sure he paid the door company which we will hopefully find out tomorrow. Bright side of the nightmare is we are crazy about our automatic garage door, and would highly recommend Lee's Quality door. Ken & Jo-Ann Stepp ,Oregon

He will give you many options to your project and he will direct you to use your funds in the best possible way. All of the men working on the project are very helpful and courteous. He keeps on the project until you are satisfied.
