Is it possible to give 0 stars? It appears as if now this place is closed and if so, karma. But if not, well this lady does not exemplify what a business person should represent. I don't even know her name, as she never identified herself. It seemed she was irritated just by my walking into her store. She even made a comment -
something about "slaving" a hard drive - after which she then apologized...with a smirk. Had it not been for the "apology with wry smile", I would've never even considered it to be a racist comment. So this woman was actually going out of her way, which was downright pathetic and almost laughable. I had also called 3-4 times and the business phone just rang over the course of that afternoon (which is why I finally and inconveniently walked in) but amazingly it was my fault for not leaving a message. Meanwhile, the phone number is hugely plastered on the wall. She didn't have the accessory I needed, likely because it would be more ethical to charge a ridiculous fee for labor instead. (Oh look, I can make jokes too). And all of her behavior in front of another customer. Had this person showed just a little bit of decency instead of making excuses for everything and apologizing for nothing, I wouldn't care to write this. Incidentally, you're my first review...ever, lady. Your behavior, especially in a business setting, was both unthinkable and unprofessional. Shame on you.
