I ordered glasses etched with initials for my husband for a Christmas gift. They were so poorly done I did not give them to him. They sit in a box in my basement and from time to time I take one out and look at it only to become irritated all over again. The glasses were ordered at a craft show. When I went to pick them up, Hamlin to Chili, there was a barking dog, slippery, snow covered steps and extension cords of all sorts across the walk way for their Christmas decorations. It was like an obstacle course. The single glass she showed me was ok. When I got home I checked the rest and all of them had smears, streaks and smudges indicating that the person doing the etching was just learning and not yet proficient. It was extremely disappointing, a waste of money and travel time. I would never use these people again as they represented themselves to be able to do something they could not.
